1. Our Promise: The Manufacturer's Guarantee

Beck's Furniture & Sleep, takes pride in offering top-quality products from premier manufacturers. Each item you purchase from us comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty, starting from the day you receive it. Should you encounter any issues, our manufacturer's warranty primarily focuses on repairs over replacements. Please note, any damages stemming from misuse, neglect, or accidents will invalidate the warranty. Additionally, merchandise used for commercial or rental properties falls outside this warranty's scope. We want to remind our valued customers that all sales are final.

In the instance where you relocate your purchased item from the original delivered address, have it repaired or tampered with outside of our authorized service network, or if the item is moved outside our service area during the warranty period, Beck's Furniture & Sleep, cannot take responsibility for any potential issues. Items sold "AS IS", "Floor Model", "Floor Sample", or "Clearance" Items are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If there are any issues with picked-up items, it is the customer's responsibility to return the items to Beck's Furniture & Sleep Warehouse.

2. Beck's Benefits: Enhance Your Protection

We offer an optional 4-year benefits package to give you extra coverage and peace of mind. This package, available for purchase within the first seven days of receiving your item, will protect your product against unexpected incidents. For detailed information on this benefits package, please contact your furniture consultant for details.

3. Bedding Policy

We don't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any bedding, including mattresses, foundations, mattress protectors, pillows, and adjustable bases. Any stains will void the manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty information can be found at our store, and we recommend adhering to the manufacturer's instructions for proper mattress care.

4. Hassle-Free Delivery Information

We require someone 18 or older to be present the entire day of the delivery, which can occur anytime between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm. For insurance purposes, our team can only enter homes when an adult is present to sign for the delivery. Two days before your delivery, you'll receive a call with your 4-hour time frame window. You can track your delivery on the day of your delivery in real-time on our website.

For a smooth delivery process, please clear the space where your new furniture will be placed and protect your hardwood floors. Our team cannot move your existing furniture or connect any equipment such as stereos or TVs.

5. Restocking Fee

Should you reschedule or cancel your delivery within 48 hours of the original date, an additional redelivery fee will be applied. For authorized returns or exchanges, a 25% restocking fee and a redelivery fee will be charged.

6. Warehouse Pick-Up Information

Please be aware that some assembly might be required for items picked up from our warehouse. While we're happy to assist, we're unable to take responsibility for securing your purchase onto your vehicle. We recommend you inspect your merchandise before leaving our warehouse to check for any concealed shipping damage. If you discover any damage after you've left, please call our customer service immediately.

7. Refunds & Credits

In the event of an authorized cancellation, we'll issue a refund within 7-10 business days. This will either be a check (for cash purchases) or credited back to the original credit card used. We cannot hold paid-for, in-stock merchandise for more than 30 days.
