We are a family owned business and we take great pride in our delivery and pick up service! Our family at Beck’s Furniture would like you to know that even after you have purchased your furniture we want to make sure the rest of your experience is more than expected. We will make sure you have plenty of assistance loading your new furniture. And if we are delivering the items, they will arrive safely.

Furniture Pick-Up

  • Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse or store.
  • Some furniture may require assembly; please see your salesperson for details.
  • Please remember to inspect your furniture thoroughly before leaving our warehouse.
  • We will assist in placing your merchandise in your vehicle, however, proper loading and securing of the product is your responsibility.
  • No damage claims will be accepted once the furniture leaves the warehouse.

Ensuring Your Delivery Is A Smooth And Successful Experience

We pride ourselves in making furniture buying at Beck’s Furniture as satisfying and hassle-free as possible, so we strongly recommend our delivery process!

Our delivery process begins 48 hours prior to your delivery date we use automated routing software to generate the most efficient delivery routes.

We use state of the art warehouse management systems to stage your product at least 48 hours in advance.

The product is opened, assembled and inspected by master craftsmen with decades of experience.

Each order is then packaged and inspected again to ensure a smooth delivery.

Our drivers will perform a white glove service, were we will assemble and place your product in your home and remove all packing materials.

Our drivers may call up to 1 hour prior to arriving for the delivery if requested.

Our drivers have years of experience delivering furniture. They are experienced in making difficult deliveries and look for various options in making successful deliveries.

Due to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily, we are unable to request any specific time frames. For this reason, it is best that you choose a delivery date when someone 18 years or older can be available all day. For your convenience, you may provide us with a call-ahead number and our drivers will contact you when they are on their way.

Of course there can always be unforeseen delays, such as accidents, traffic tie- ups or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated throughout the day if there are any such delays.

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time that the orders are scheduled.
  • Please have the room cleared of old furniture (unless you have made previous arrangements to have us remove it for you).
  • Please have all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways cleared of obstruction and debris.
  • Please notify office of any special arrangements regarding a difficult delivery. Example: Narrow hallways and/or doorways, 2nd floor, step driveways, low hanging branches etc.

Due to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily, your order will be prepared for delivery 48 hours in advance. The merchandise will be opened, inspected, and assembled. For this reason, we will be unable to cancel a delivery within 2 days of the scheduled date. If you should cancel a delivery within this time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 or 10% of the merchandise subtotal, whichever is greater.
